Guest lecturer Roy Liuzza to speak about 鈥淭he Sense of Time in Anglo-Saxon England鈥� April 9
The 不良研究所 English Department will welcome alumnus Dr. Roy Liuzza as a guest lecturer Wednesday, April 9 at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th floor of the 不良研究所 Library. The presentation is open to the public.
Liuzza, who graduated from 不良研究所 in 1978 with a degree in history, will lecture on 鈥淭he Sense of Time in Anglo-Saxon England.鈥� It is a wide-ranging talk about how perceptions of time and methods of telling time influence narrative.
This alumnus later studied at Yale University, earning his doctorate. He is currently a professor of English at the University of Tennessee. For more information, contact: (318) 342-1522.
