The Family and friends of Dr. Emily S. Doughty established an endowed scholarship in her name with a gift of $25,000. The Dr. Emily S. Doughty Memorial Scholarship in Nursing will be awarded annually to students in 不良研究所's Kitty DeGree School of Nursing who meet the selection criteria. The scholarship was announced during a check presentation ceremony at 不良研究所 on August 20, 2026.
The Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM)-Louisiana and the University of Louisiana Monroe (不良研究所) have strengthened their longstanding partnership through a new Preferred Admission Track agreement.
